French Adventures: Fun Learning for Kids

1. Enrollment and Payment

For ages 7-11, full payment for the 6-week program is required upfront. The program fee is $120 per hour, totaling $1,440 per student for 12 hours of instruction. Classes are held twice a week on Saturdays and Sundays for one hour per session. Enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable, and students must commit to the full program without breaks.

 

For ages 12-18, students have the flexibility to pay per session at a rate of $120 per hour. Classes are held three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with one-hour sessions. Continuous enrollment is required for ages 7-11, meaning students cannot pause and resume at will.

2. Program Structure

All classes conducted via Zoom • Maximum 5 students per group for personalized attention • Available Groups:

• Group 1 (Ages 7-9): Saturdays & Sundays, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM ET

• Group 2 (Ages 10-11): Saturdays & Sundays, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM ET

• Group 3 (Ages 12-18): Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

• 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM ET

• 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM ET

3. Learning Materials

Digital workbook: "Bonjour, Amis! A Fun French Workbook for Kids"

• Includes interactive activities

• Flash cards • Supplementary resources provided:

• Coloring books

• Lessons

4. Attendance and Missed Sessions

No refunds or credits for missed classes • Makeup sessions only provided for instructor cancellations • Self-study with workbook recommended during absences

5. Communication and Progress Tracking

6. Code of Conduct

Respectful and positive learning environment required • Disruptive behavior may result in program removal without refund

7. Technology Requirements and Limitations

Required equipment:

• Stable internet connection

• Webcam

• Microphone • Technical Difficulties:

• While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, occasional technical issues may occur that are beyond our control

• In the event of significant technical disruptions, reasonable accommodations will be made to ensure lesson completion
